It has always been our policy to provide the very best personal service to our customers. We are in some cases limited by our wholesalers return policies regarding return circumstances, exchanges, shipping costs and restocking fees. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: In case all or part your order is out of stock (backordered), you will be notified. You will have the option of canceling your order, or waiting for the backordered items to become available. If you choose to wait you will notified of the estimated date of shipment on all backordered items. The Quilt.co.uk Shop receives this estimated shipping date from the manufacturer. You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping, and receive a full refund.
RETURN POLICY & CANCELLATIONS: The Quilt.co.uk Shop’s Return Policy is designed to fairly protect our customers while still respecting the unique qualities of the handcrafted products we sell. By their very nature, our handcrafted products contain variations one from another. These variations are not a basis for return of the product. For example, small stains that can be removed by the customer or loose threads are not a basis for return of the product. On rare occasions you may encounter an item with significant damage that results from mishandling or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, please contact us within 10 (ten) days of receipt.
We cannot accept merchandise for exchange after 10 (ten) days and we cannot accept any items that have been washed or appear used. Please see Washing Instructions below. We do not sell used bedding.
Returns are for product defect only unless otherwise approved for return by the manufacturer. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA#). Without a RMA returns cannot be properly identified and will probably be lost in the manufacturers warehouse. It is not possible to process a return or exchange without an RMA. Upon receipt of the return item and RMA, the returns department supervisor at the manufacturer will inspect the return and if legitimate defects are found, the item will be replaced. If the Returns Department Supervisor denies the claim, the items will be returned to you at your expense. The decision of the Returns Department Supervisor is final.
There are no cash refunds or account credits.
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card are the accepted terms for payment on merchandise ordered.
CREDIT CARDS are charged automatically when an order is placed through our online shopping cart. Credit Cards are usually charged the same day on telephone orders. We stock only a small number of the items displayed on our web site for local sales and online orders. Most orders are filled and shipped directly from the manufacturer

SHIPPING, HANDLING & RESTOCKING: Your order will be shipped via
Fedex or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are
based on weight with a minimum of $5.00. For prepaid orders, In stock
Patch Magic merchandise will ship in 1-3 business days. HomeSpice
Decor ships rugs within 10 business days. Victorian Heart merchandise
ships in 5 to 10 business days.
There is a 25% ($25 minimum) restocking fee for anything other than damaged items.
When ordering online you will receive an order/invoice/receipt to save or to print. If you order by telephone an invoice (receipt) will be e-mailed / faxed to you that same day.
Orders for items not shipped remain open and will be shipped by the
manufacturer, as the product becomes available, unless otherwise canceled
by the customer or The Quilt.co.uk shop.
MEASURE: Please be sure to measure your bed for quilt and
accessory sizes prior to ordering. Please include the drop on each
side of the bed. The sizes of our Luxury King, King, Queen, Full Size
and Twin Quilts are clearly stated, and bed skirt (dust ruffle) drops
are 18” Patch Magic Group and 14” for our other distributors.
PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: All prices are subject to change
without notice, excluding orders already placed. Products pictured
on our web sites are designs that are available now, or will be in
the future Due to the vast variety of designs and products it is not
possible to keep all items in stock at all times. We recommend calling
ahead for availability or an estimated time of arrival.
ONLINE ORDERING: The Quilt.co.uk Shop in an online retailer. Therefore,
online orders are preferred so that we may provide you with the very
best in accuracy and service. We also highly recommend calling ahead
for product availability. ‘See our out of stock items section above’
HOURS: We are open for online sales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
by e-mail including holidays.
All PATCH QUILTS: brand products are manufactured to strictest standards
of quality materials and workmanship in their affiliated manufacturing
facilities in India. Their manufacturing facilities employ thousands
of the finest artisans and crafts people in India and make products
exclusively for Patch Magic. Our product designs are copyright protected
and much of the work in making these products is done by hand. By
the very nature, a handcrafted product may have minor variations in
a variety of features such as stitching, size, and color. These variations
do not affect the beauty or usability the product. It is this handcrafted
quality that gives the products their subtle distinctive character
and is a source of delight to each user of the product. All other
branded products, Quilts, may be manufactured in India or China in
unaffiliated factories. Patch Magic management tours these factories
for quality control.
VICTORIAN HEART COMPANY’S: return policy is a safeguard for you and
remains sensitive to their unique, handcrafted product. Since all
of their textile products feature handwork, slight variations are
inherent. You may notice a few stray threads or a small unfinished
section. These imperfections do not warrant a return, and are easily
mended or can be marked down.
You may rarely encounter, however, an item with a large stain, a tear, or unfinished section. In such instances, you must contact your The Quilt.co.uk Shop within 10 days of receiving the shipment. For authorized returns, We will send you a pre-numbered Return Authorization Label. Any return that arrives without the pre-numbered label will be refused. We cannot process returns or refunds after 10 days. We cannot exchange or issue credit for items which have been used or washed . There is a 25% restocking fee for anything other than excessive damage.
